Tamworth Community Aged Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Holiday Relief Role.
You will deliver person-centered care to residents and work with the care team to cover planned and unplanned leave.
Flexibility to work across shifts and days is essential, with ***** hours per fortnight.
Applicants must have 2+ years in aged care, be proficient with electronic systems, and hold a current First Aid and a National Police Check.
