The role
Our Brisbane Employment and Safety team is seeking an ambitious Paralegal or a Lawyer with 1-3 years PAE with migration law experience, to be based in Cairns.
Our team advises and assists a range of employers including number of leading Australian and multinational organisations on all employment and migration matters.
The industries in which our clients operate include aviation, construction, horticulture, recruitment, hospitality and retail, financial services, and manufacturing.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team of a senior Special Counsel who leads the Thomsons Cairns office, as well as two Partners, on diverse and interesting matters involving the development and implementation of migration law strategies,



advice on appropriate visa classes, lodgement of visa applications and advising on challenging visa applications and decisions.
