Managekitchentaskseffectivelyduringbusytradingperiods
Maintainhighstandardsofkitchencleanlinessandorganisation
Followfoodsafety,hygieneandworkplacehealthandsafetystandards
Assistwithstockmanagement,orderingandingredientpreparation
Monitorfoodsuppliesandsupportefficientuseofkitchenresources
Workcloselywithotherchefs,kitchenstaffandfront-of-houseemployees




Contributepracticalideasformenudevelopmentandnewdishes
Supportothermembersofthekitchenteamwhenrequired
