Alder Group is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to lead the HSE function across its Constructions Business Unit on the Gold Coast.
You will shape safety performance, drive continuous improvement and partner with operational leaders to foster a zero-harm culture.
Based on the Gold Coast, you will provide strategic direction, lead a team of seven HSE Advisors and support tenders, audits, and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance and protected project delivery.
