Expression of Interest - Administration Project, Workshop and Contracts Administration

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and motivated specialists interested in joining a project located in the Cairns region on a 2 week on, 1 week off roster.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following positions:

Workshop Administration n

n
Workshop scheduling and coordination
n
Maintenance and service record management
n
Purchase orders and invoicing support
n
Inventory and parts tracking
n
Workforce timesheet administration
n
Compliance documentation and reporting
n

Contracts Administration n

n
Contract administration and documentation
n
Processing variations, claims and progress payments
n
Procurement and subcontractor support
n
Contract compliance and records management
n
Tracking key project deliverables and milestones
n
Assisting project teams with contractual reporting requirements
n

About You n

To be successful, you will possess:

n

n
Previous experience in Project Administration,



Workshop Administration or Contracts Administration roles
n
Solid organisational and time management skills
n
High attention to detail and accuracy
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to work independently and within a cooperative team environment
n
Experience within construction, mining, infrastructure, resources or heavy industry projects will be highly regarded
n
