Pact Group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety across the Large Format Industrial Packaging segment. You will partner with senior leaders to implement health, safety and environmental strategies, drive risk-based improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Based in Victoria, you will coach site leaders, lead investigations, and deliver HSE reporting to the General Manager – LFIP, contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement across our manufacturing footprint.
