Job Description
Your new organisation is a growing, ISO-certified restoration company delivering fire, flood and mould restoration across Victoria, backed by a strong reputation for quality workmanship and a supportive team culture.

Coordinating jobs and orders between clients and the field team, keeping everyone informed and on track
Acting as the go-to point of contact between the office and technicians in the field
Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of restoration projects from the office

Excellent organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple jobs and priorities at once
Confident communicator, equally comfortable liaising with clients and field technicians
Strong computer literacy, comfortable working across scheduling and job-management systems
