AFCA invites applications for a Board-appointed role as Director, Scams Prevention Framework Legal, a five-year renewable term.
You will lead the scams decision-making function, provide technical and skilled direction, and ensure fair, timely decisions for complex disputes across consumers, banks, telecoms and digital platforms.
