Carer's Network in Bendigo seeks a dedicated Care Partner to manage client relationships, assess needs, and build personalised in-home care plans.
You will develop budgets, manage service agreements, and coordinate with a wide team to deliver high-quality support in the community.

A dip or higher in aged care or related field is preferred with a Victorian Driver Licence and NDIS screening.
