IRT Macarthur (Campbelltown) is seeking an in office Aged Care Pharmacist (ACOP) to support two days per week across our RACF.
The role focuses on medication management, collaboration with GPs and nurses, and improving resident outcomes through safe pharmacotherapy.
The successful candidate will be a registered pharmacist with AHPRA, be credentialed in ACOP, and complete APC-accredited training or recognition before 30 June ****.
