We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professionalDental Assistant / Receptionistto join our welcoming team on apart-time or full time basis.
We are seeking adynamic, enthusiastic, and confidentindividual to join our growing dental practice inBittern (Bittern Dental).
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting patientswith warmth and professionalism.
Answering phone callsand managing appointment bookings.
Coordinatingthe daily appointment schedule.
Processing paymentsand handling patient accounts.
Maintainingaccurate patient records.
Assisting the clinical teamwith chairside and administrative duties.
Supportingthe smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
Skills & Experience
Proven experienceas both a Dental Receptionist and a Dental Assistant.
Chairside assistance skillsacross a wide range of procedures, including general fillings, root canal treatments, cosmetic veneers, dental implants, and orthodontics.




Strict adherenceto sterilisation and infection control protocols.
Administrative capabilities, including stock monitoring, equipment maintenance, and strong computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office).
Experience with Dental 4 Windows (D4W)is highly desirable.
Flexibilityto work varied hours, including some weekday evenings and weekends if required.
Reliable transportis preferred.
