Kitchen Hand – Pilbara Region, Remote Western Australia

Join a fast-paced, community-focused venue in the heart of Western Australia’s Pilbara region, where reliability, prior Australian hospitality experience, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who knows the rhythm of a busy kitchen, takes pride in high standards, and is ready to commit to at least six months in a well-established coastal town offering a relaxed lifestyle and access to the outdoors.

The venue is known for family-friendly service, fresh meals, cold beverages, TAB facilities, and a convenient drive-through bottleshop—serving both locals and travellers year-round.

Immediate Start

Pay Details:
Casual Role
Mon - Fri before 7pm $33.85 per hour
Sat $40.62 per hour
Sun $47.39 per hour
Accommodation $125 /per week (own room in shared house - walking distance)
50% off meals

Key responsibilities:
General food preparation
Kitchen cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards
Dishwashing




Assisting with stock control and rotation
Unloading and organising deliveries
Assisting in the bottleshop as required
Other duties as required

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a similar role within Australia (essential)
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure setting
Robust work ethic and positive attitude
A genuine interest in hospitality and attention to detail
Current Food Handlers Certificate and RSA
