About the Role
A part-time, temporary Governance and Administration Officer role supporting a General Manager of Governance ahead of the organisation's AGM in late October.
You'll prepare board papers, take minutes and manage governance correspondence, working closely with senior stakeholders and the board.
It's a rapid-paced role suited to someone who thrives on structure, meets deadlines under pressure and works well independently once across the detail.
Duties
Prepare and coordinate board and committee papers ahead of key governance meetings
Take accurate minutes at board meetings and follow up on actions
Liaise directly with senior stakeholders to meet tight deadlines
Support the General Manager of Governance with day-to-day governance administration
Coordinate documentation and correspondence
Maintain accurate records and files across SharePoint, Outlook and Teams
Skills & Experience
Around 2 to 3 years' experience in an EA, governance or board/committee support role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure
Confident liaising with and following up senior stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently with a high degree of autonomy
