Salary: Depending on age and experience (Includes one day a week at School)

Salary:Above Award Salary (Bronze – Silver – Gold)
RDO:13 days per year

Every quarter the entire Ultimate Outdoor Lifestyle Group meet with the business owner who provides a thorough run down of the projects that the group are working on.
A number of awards are handed out to recognise staff efforts at this meeting.
The Role:
Currently Enrolled or recently completed Cert III in Landscape Construction
You need to be aself-starterwith excellent communication skills
You'll have a genuinepassionfor the Landscaping Profession
Stronghorticultureknowledge is a bonus
The ability tolearn and strivein Landscape Construction.
You will come with acan do attitude
Assist other Academy of Apprentices
Ensuring on-sitesafety and a cleanand professional work place
At times, working with the Ultimate Swimming Pool and Aqua Lagoon pools business in pushing the perfection of the landscape surrounding the pool build
Great attention todetail
Ability to work effectively within ateam
