Dementia Australia, based in Milton, Brisbane, is seeking a General Manager - People Experience to lead a national portfolio including business partnering, people advisory, policy, remuneration and advantages, employee value proposition and core People processes.
Reporting to the Executive Director, People & Culture, you will shape the People Experience function, enabling leaders and employees to perform at their best and supporting transformation across the organisation.
