RCR Mining Technologies is seeking a Leading Hand Fitter / Machinist to join the Welshpool Workshop. This hands-on leadership role involves guiding machinists and apprentices and delivering high-quality machining work in a rapid-paced setting.
Reporting to the Machining Supervisor, you will allocate work, coordinate labour and resources, and ensure tasks meet tight tolerances and deadlines while maintaining equipment and promoting continuous improvement across the workshop.
