Moretto Group is a leading property remediation and insurance restoration company, and we're looking for an organised, detail-oriented Claims Assistant to join our team on a casual basis, approximately 5 hours per day.

About the Role
Triaging new claims and setting them up accurately across our internal platforms
Liaising with customers and clients, providing timely updates throughout the claims process
Scheduling technicians for the following day's jobs, ensuring effective allocation of work
Reviewing completed reports for accuracy, correcting typos and formatting issues before they go out

About You




Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written communication
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and meeting daily deadlines
Confident on the phone and via email, with great customer service skills
Prior experience in claims, insurance, administration, or a similar coordination role is highly regarded (but not essential)
Tech-savvy and quick to pick up recent systems and software
