They are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team on an ongoing temporary basis, with an immediate start available.

Great hourly rate ranging from $38 - 40ph per hour (depending on experience)

Flexibility to wfh 2 days once fully trained

ROLE





The duties include but are not limited to:
End to end Accounts Receivable function
Processing customer claims & rebates
Performing account reconciliations, monitoring of customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Generate and send out invoices and statements
Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
Investigate and resolve customer queries
Additional ad hoc duties as required

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years Full function AR experience
Intermediate excel skills is desirable
A proactive member within a team
