We are currently seeking an experiencedNetwork Engineerto join our client's IT operations team.
In this critical operational role, you will act as the backbone of their daily infrastructure, ensuring seamless, secure, and uninterrupted connectivity across the enterprise.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Drive the delivery of core BAU network operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across the client's enterprise network.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve daily technical support tickets, acting swiftly to minimize user impact and network downtime.
Execute and oversee routine network change management requests in a secure, compliant, and highly controlled manner.




Perform continuous monitoring and daily health checks on network infrastructure to proactively identify and mitigate potential operational bottlenecks.
Administer and optimize both wired and wireless network deployments to support a seamless user experience.

Proven hands-on expertise withFortinet security appliances, specifically involving the configuration, administration, and troubleshooting ofFortiGate firewalls.
Extensive, practical experience designing and maintaining enterprise-gradeCisco routing and switching architectures.
Demonstrated capability in configuring and managing network access control utilizingCisco ISE.
Strong background in overseeing large-scale wireless environments, with specific proficiency managingCisco **** series Wireless LAN Controllers.
Solid practical experience in the deployment and administration ofAruba wireless networking solutions.
A foundational understanding ofSD-WAN concepts, with introductory knowledge orhands-on exposure to VMware VeloCloudhighly regarded.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong customer-service mindset and the ability to hit the ground running in a quick-paced operational capacity.
