Wildflame is on the hunt for a passionate chef to join our team.
We are seeking keen and passionate chef, cook to join our dynamic kitchen team and someone who will enjoy the fast paced environment the kitchen has to offer.
Wildflame Barbeque is a Americansmokehouse/steakhouselocated inside East Maitland Bowling Club, we have just built a outdoor dining area and now our seating capacity is 500.
Our kitchen prides itself on serving quality BBQ meals.
All meats are smoked onsite.
We.
also specialise in steaks, ranging from the good old rump Steak to our very popular dry aged wagyu steak.

Chef position:
This is a full time position, nights are required as that's when we are open.

Prior experience in grill, pans and deep fryers is a bonus




Qualified Chef – Certificate III or above in Commercial Cookery
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Solid awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards
Attention to detail, fantastic food presentation and strong organisational skills.
The Position is a Hands on role to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen, hygiene, menu planning, safety awareness and staff control duties, managing your daily workload while achieving high quality output in volume.
Implementing and observing relevant safety and hygiene practices and compliance, Organising and planning functions, Ensuring outstanding customer service is provided to the customer
