Premier Retail is seeking an entry-level IT Helpdesk role based at our Support Office in Melbourne. The 12-month fixed-term position involves full time hours with rotating shifts to cover mornings, afternoons and nights.

You will support store teams and office staff with IT queries, POS issues, and scanner problems. You will escalate complex issues, document phone queries, and collaborate with the wider IT team to resolve problems and improve user education.
