Our client is seeking an experienced, hands-onChange Managerto join a team supporting a majortechnology change program.
The role will focus heavily onIntegrated Business Planning (IBP), alongside change support for related technology initiatives includingContract Lifecycle Management (CLM)andCost Reporting & Cashflow Forecasting.
The primary focus will be supporting theenterprise-wide IBP initiativethrough design and implementation, helping ensure business impacts are understood, stakeholders are engaged, and teams are prepared for new processes, systems and ways of working.
The successful consultant will be able to quickly understand projects and business impacts, build strong stakeholder relationships and take ownership of change activities through to delivery.
This is afull-time role running through to the end of December ****, with animmediate start.
The role is based inSydney(Melbourne as a second preference), and operates on ahybrid basis, with in-person engagement with project teams and stakeholders as required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliverchange plansaligned to project timelines and priorities.
Identifybusiness impacts, affected stakeholders and readiness for change.
Plan and deliverstakeholder engagement and communications.
Work closely withleaders, Product Owners and project teamsto prepare people for upcoming changes.
Coordinatetraining,



business readiness and implementation support.
Support and monitoradoptionof new processes, systems and ways of working.
Work as part of anintegrated change team, coordinating activities and dependencies across projects.
Maintainchange activities, milestones and reportingin Jira and Confluence.
Your Background
At least6 years of change management experience.
Solid experience supportingtechnology change and implementation.
Experience acrosschange planning, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training and adoption.
Strongstakeholder management and communication skills, including confidence working with senior leaders.
Ability toown change activitieswhile working effectively as part of a broader team.
Comfortable working in afast-moving environmentwhere project designs and impacts may continue to evolve.
Experience usingJira and Confluenceto manage and report project or change activities.
Highly Desirable
Integrated Business Planning or enterprise planningexperience.
Experience working inAgile technology delivery environments.
Previousconsulting experience.
Experience in ahyperscale, high-growth or rapidly growing organisation.
Exposure toAI-related technology change.
