Taronga Western Plains Zoo is seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to shape unforgettable guest experiences across three stays, including Serengeti Resort. You will coordinate front desk, reservations and guest services across accommodation outlets, ensuring smooth operations and high standards from arrival to departure.

Working with the Accommodation Manager, you will lead front office and reservations teams, support recruitment, onboarding, and rostering, and ensure exemplary service.
