Job Description
My client, a leader in the Australian Investment space, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join them for an initial 12 month daily rate contract, with the view for long term extension.
The role will be responsible for leading end-to-end change delivery across their AI Strategy program.
The role is very much a transformational change/change delivery position and requires strong stakeholder management experience with business stakeholders.

The requirements:
Strong experience in Change Management delivering end-to-end, complex programs of work
Investment/Super/WealthManagement domain experience
NV1/NV2 clearance
Excellent stakeholder management experience with business stakeholders
Strong program Communications experience
Robust experience across end-to-end project change (not just BAU)
Investment/Super/WealthManagement domain experience
Proven effective stakeholder management skills includingleadership/executivelevel
Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, environments with diverse stakeholder groups
PROSCI certification (highly advantageous)
Project Management certifications highly advantageous
