We're looking for a creative and confident Content & Social Media Assistant to help grow Snap Fitness Cranbourne West online.
Around 80% of the role is focused on content creation and social media - filming, editing and posting Reels, Stories and short-form videos that showcase the club, members, events and offers.
The remaining 20% will involve member engagement, basic fitness support and assisting with membership enquiries and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Film and edit Reels, Stories and short-form content
Create fresh content ideas and help manage the club's social media
Capture workouts, members, events and promotions
Appear on camera and help build the club's personality online
Support local collaborations and member campaigns
Assist with member engagement, tours and membership enquiries
About You
Creative, confident and comfortable on camera




Solid interest or experience in social media
Able to film and edit short-form video
Friendly, proactive and confident talking to people
Available for selected evenings and Saturdays
Cert III & IV in Fitness preferred, but not essential
$30-$35 per hour

Creative ownership of the club's social media
Build experience across content, marketing, fitness and sales
Play a key role in growing the Snap Fitness Cranbourne West brand
