We are looking for an experienced Business Services Manager to join our established boutique accounting and tax firm with an in-house associated financial planning entity in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs.
For the right person, there is a genuine pathway to partnership and the opportunity to play a significant role in the future growth of the practice.
We have built a successful boutique practice based on strong client relationships, quality advice and a supportive and pleasant working environment.

The Role:
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
Provide tax planning, accounting and business advisory services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Liaise with the ATO and other professional advisers
Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and internal processes
Play an active role in the future direction and growth of the practice
About You:
You are an experienced public practice accountant who is technically solid,



commercially minded and ready for the next stage in your career.
You will have:
A tertiary qualification in Accounting
CA or CPA qualification
Strong Australian tax and accounting knowledge
Significant experience managing a portfolio of clients independently
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine interest in business advisory and client relationships
Strong experience with cloud-based accounting platforms
