Due to continued rent roll growth, our client is seeking a Property Manager to take ownership of a clean, well maintained portfolio of approximately 150 properties. Robust systems and a supportive team, allowing you to focus on managing your clients and properties, not fixing someone else’s problems.

End-to-end portfolio management of 150 properties
Landlord / tenant communication
Maintenance / arrears management
