The Role

Due to solid growth at Pakenham Toyota, we are seeking full-time Sales Trainees to join our New Vehicles team.

This is a rare chance to enter the automotive industry with no prior sales experience required — just bring your enthusiasm, ambition, and a willingness to learn.

Within your first six months, you’ll receive:
Training from one of Australia’s top automotive sales trainers
Ongoing product and skills coaching from your manager and teammates
The confidence, tools, and knowledge to become a successful Automotive Sales Consultant

You’ll work a 5-day week — no Sundays or public holidays!

What We’re Looking For

We’re after driven, team-oriented people who:
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are motivated, organised, and detail-focused
Have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Are results-driven with the resilience to succeed
Can follow a structured sales process
Have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, internet navigation)

While a university degree or 3–5 years’ work experience (including 1–2 years in sales or customer service) is highly regarded, it’s not essential — the right attitude is what matters most.
