Modus Projects is looking for an experienced Carpenter / Handyman to join our team across two dedicated commercial sites in Sunshine West and Tullamarine.
n
With flexible 3-day or 5-day options, this role is ideal for someone who wants the stability of allocated sites while still having the opportunity to work across a broader Facilities Maintenance portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Preventative and reactive maintenance across allocated commercial sites
n
General carpentry, repairs and handyman works
n
Site inspections and identifying maintenance requirements
n
Repairs to fixtures, fittings and general building elements
n
Minor patching and building maintenance
n
Responding to site requests and completing work orders
n
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and presentation
n
Working independently while being supported by our Head Office team
n




Using a phone and tablet to manage work orders and maintenance records
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Relevant Carpentry, Building or similar trade qualification
n
Commercial maintenance experience highly regarded
n
Robust general carpentry and handyman skills
n
Ability to work independently and take ownership of allocated sites
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
n
Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for work orders
n
Additional trade tickets or certifications are an advantage
n
Ability to successfully complete required police check and medical
n
