NEXTDC in Australia is seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide professional, first-contact support for customers and visitors within our facilities.

As a member of the Customer Service team, you will greet visitors, coordinate deliveries, answer calls, support events, run site inductions, and help maintain a protected, welcoming setting. The role operates Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm, with opportunities for career development in a quick-growing technology company.
