Job Description
Altius Group in Campbelltown is seeking a Rehabilitation Counsellor to identify physical, psychological, social and environmental factors that may affect a worker's ability to return to work and address these factors in practice.
You will complete return-to-work case management under the WorkCover scheme, deliver vocational counselling and holistic assessments, and collaborate with employers and health professionals to support functional recovery.
