Job Description
The Sporting Globe Geelong is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead front-of-house operations at our Geelong venue, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue.
You will oversee staff, rostering, bar and restaurant functions, and ensure OH&S; and food hygiene standards are met.
A dynamic leader who thrives in a quick-paced sports bar environment is ideal.
Experience in hospitality management, financial control, and team development is essential; RSA, RSG, TAB basics/Advanced
