We're working with a well-establishedFMCG manufacturing business in Coomathat is expanding its maintenance team and is looking for experienced Mechanical Maintenance Fitters.

About the Role
This is a hands‐on Maintenance Fitter position supporting a busy FMCG manufacturing facility.
You'll be responsible for keeping production equipment operating safely and reliably through:
Breakdown response and fault finding
Preventative and corrective maintenance
Mechanical troubleshooting
Maintenance of conveyors, chains,
hydraulics and pneumatics
Supporting plant and workshop maintenance
Completing maintenance work orders through CMMS
Working closely with production and engineering teams
Maintaining accurate maintenance records
Supporting a safe and efficient production environment
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
Minimum Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade – essential
Minimum 1 year Australian maintenance experience – essential
Previous FMCG or manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
Experience working in an industrial or continuous production setting
A reliable and safety-focused approach
Willingness torelocate to Cooma, NSW

Morning:6:00am – 2:00pm
