We are currently seeking an experiencedClinical Governance professionalto join a leading Home Care organisation on an initial6-week contract, with the potential for extension.
The Opportunity
Contract:Initial 6 weeks, with potential to extend
Hours:Full-time
Start:Ideally onboarded by23 September
Reporting to:Executive - Home Care
Working closely with:Home Care leadership team
About the Role
You will work closely with senior Home Care leaders to provide clinical governance oversight and support strong clinical and quality outcomes across home care services.
Key areas will include:
Clinical governance and oversight
Supporting quality and compliance frameworks
Working collaboratively with Home Care leadership
Providing clinical expertise and guidance
Supporting risk management and continuous improvement
Contributing to strong clinical and consumer outcomes
Assisting leadership with clinical decision-making and governance matters
About You
We are looking for someone who has:




Registered Nurse background or current AHPRA registration
Strongclinical governance leadership experience, at least 3 years
Experience working withinHome Care, Aged Care, Healthcare or a related environment
Strong understanding of clinical risk, compliance and quality
Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to step into a senior role and contribute from day one
Mandatory Requirement
NDIS Clearance required
Candidates awaiting clearance may be considered if they can provide:Evidence that their NDIS clearance application has been submitted
Signed statutory declaration
