Customer Service Consultant - Healthcare

We're looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join a friendly and collaborative Customer Care Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll be a key point of contact for customers and home patients, providing responsive and skilled support throughout the order and delivery process.

Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Onsite parking & close to Public Transport

Develop your experience across customer service, healthcare and supply chain operations

Responsibilities
n
n
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
n
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
Assisting with enquiries relating to product availability, pricing and orders
n




Investigating and resolving customer complaints
n
Coordinating product returns and processing customer credits
n
Monitoring stock availability and ensuring orders meet required delivery timeframes
n
Managing product complaints and adverse event reporting where required
n
n
About You
n
n
1-3 years' experience in customer service
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce & JDE Oracle highly regarded
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
Confidence working across multiple systems and sources of information
n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
