The opportunity
n
As Team Leader Parking and Local Laws, you will lead a dedicatedteam delivering parking enforcement, local laws, school
crossingsupervision
and community safety compliance services. This is ahands-on leadership role that combines operational coordination,staff coaching and complex compliance oversight to ensure secure,lawful and customer-focused outcomes for the community.

What you'll do

Leadthe delivery of parking enforcement, local laws andcommunity safety compliance services.
n
Supervise, coach and support a team of complianceofficers and school crossing staff.
n
Coordinate rostering, workload allocation andoperational planning.
n
Providespecialist advice on investigations, enforcementmatters and escalated issues.
n
Drivecontinuous improvement in systems, procedures andservice delivery
n
Leadthe delivery of parking enforcement, local laws andcommunity safety compliance services.
n
Supervise, coach and support a team of complianceofficers and school crossing staff.
n
Coordinate rostering, workload allocation andoperational planning.

What you need to succeed
n
n




Experience leading staff in a local government orregulatory compliance workplace.
n
Strongknowledge of parking enforcement, local laws andcompliance legislation.
n
Provenexperience managing investigations and
enforcementmatters.
n
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement andcustomer service skills.
n
Relevant qualification in investigations,
statutorycompliance
or a related discipline, or
equivalentexperience.
n

Pre-Employment Requirements
n
Progressed candidates will be required to completeaNational Police Record Check, a Pre-Employment Medical Check& a Working With Children Check (WWCC) . Candidates must also holda valid Victorian Driver's License.
n
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident orhold a valid work permit or visa with full unrestricted workingrights. Work eligibility will be checked as part of the
recruitmentprocess.
