You will lead targeted outreach, conduct residential tours and strengthen relationships with referrers while upholding Arcare's values and person-centred care model.
Reporting to the Victorian State Manager – Client Services, you will negotiate outcomes, maintain CRM data accuracy, and promote Arcare residences through community engagements
