M5 Industrial Property Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a predominantly industrial portfolio in NSW.
This Monday-to-Friday role offers autonomy, direct client relationships and the prospect to grow the business while supported by a capable admin and advisory team.
You will manage landlords and tenants, oversee lease events, and coordinate repairs, inspections and reconciliations.
A NSW licence and valid driver's licence are required.
