In this busy and varied position, the Administrative Officer - Finance provides support to the Business Manager to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the school's financial processes.
Working as part of a close-knit team, this role requires a strong understanding of financial systems and processes, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with staff, families and other stakeholders.
We Are Seeking Someone That
Has demonstrated experience in accounts payable and receivable processes, with the ability to accurately process transactions, ensure compliance with policies and analyse data.
Has a high level of attention to detail and accuracy,



with solid time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
A highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to engage positively with colleagues, parents and other stakeholders.
Possesses a current Working with Children Check and Crim Track Clearance (or be willing to obtain).
The Successful Applicant Will Have
A willingness to uphold the Catholic ethos.
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a school setting.
Excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, coupled with experience working with finance software.
Previous experience with Zycus, SEQTA and AOS would be highly desirable, along with previous payroll experience.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
