About You
4+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within a Tier 2 builder or builder‑developer environment
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Experience delivering projects valued at $20M+
Strong understanding of the full contract administration process
Highly organised, commercially minded and able to manage multiple priorities
A secure employment history and a genuine interest in finding a long‑term opportunity
