A leading Australian institutional investment organisation is seeking an Trading Operations Analyst to join its Investment Operations team.
n
The role will focus on trade processing, reconciliations, exception management and supporting the end-to-end investment lifecycle across multiple asset classes.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Match and process trades across multiple asset classes using CTM, MarkitWire and TradeServ
n
Investigate and resolve trade exceptions and discrepancies with internal teams and counterparties
n
Perform daily cash and position reconciliations across internal systems and custodians
n
Liaise with Portfolio Managers, Traders,



Custodians and external stakeholders
n
Support process improvement, workflow efficiencies and automation
n
n
About You:
n
n
2+ years' experience in investment operations, trade support or a similar role
n
Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and financial instruments including equities, fixed income and derivatives
n
Experience with CTM, MarkitWire, TradeServ, GTSS and/or Aladdin highly regarded
n
Solid analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
