About the Role
n
This role requires someone who understands the value of creating an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.
n
As a Motorcycle Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through their buying journey, helping them find the right motorcycle while building lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
n
Your Responsibilities
n

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and engagement.
n
Maximise motorcycle sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
n
Respond to all sales enquiries, including phone, online and walk-in customers, with professionalism and enthusiasm.
n
Stay up to date with product knowledge,



new models and industry trends.
n
Achieve sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
n
Assist in maintaining an engaging and skilled showroom presentation.
n
Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
n

Hold a current and valid motorcycle licence.
