Key Responsibilities
PerformMIGweldingonheavyindustrialcomponents
Readandinterpretfabricationdrawingsandtechnicalplans
Fabricate,assembleandrepairmetalproductstorequiredspecifications
Completeproductionandqualitydocumentationaccurately
Operateworkshopequipmentandtoolssafelyandefficiently
Maintainacleanandorganisedworkarea
Followworkplacehealthandsafetyproceduresatalltimes




Meetproductionscheduleswhilemaintaininghigh-qualityworkmanship
Workindependentlywithminimalsupervision
Assistwithgeneralworkshopdutiesasrequired

Requirements & Eligibility
RecentexperienceinMIGweldingwithinaheavyindustrialorfabricationenvironment
Abilitytosuccessfullycompleteapracticalweldingtest
Experiencereadingandinterpretingfabricationdrawings
Previousexperienceworkinginaworkshopenvironment
Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttoquality
Abilitytoworklongshiftsandperformphysicallydemandingtasks
Goodcommunicationandrecord-keepingskills
Reliable,punctualandabletoworkindependently
Validdriver'slicencepreferred
Forkliftlicenceadvantageousbutnotessential
Experienceoperatinganoverheadcraneisdesirable
WhiteCardisadvantageous
