Family owned and operated workshop in Taree, looking for an experienced Lead Technician / Senior Motor Mechanic to join the team. This is a hands-on role for an experienced mechanic who wants more responsibility and the prospect to become a key part of the workshop.

Key responsibilities

Perform diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of makes and models
n
Work independently and support other technicians
n
Take on senior, hands-on responsibilities within the workshop
n
n
About you
n
n
Fully qualified Motor Mechanic
n
Minimum 5 years experience
n
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
n
Current driver's licence
n
Pink Slip / AIS inspection ticket
n
Experience across a wide range of makes and models
n
Reliable with a great work ethic and can-do attitude
n
Confident working independently and supporting other technicians
n
A/C refrigerant handling licence preferred, but not essential
n
