Geelong Handrails & Balustrades is looking for an experienced Boilermaker / Sheetmetal Worker / Stainless Steel Welder to join our team in Moolap, Geelong.

With a steady demand and a strong pipeline of work, we are adding a full-time team member to support our stainless steel manufacturing operations. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality work, follows explicit processes, and values consistency in their day‐to‐day work.

The Role Includes:
n
n
Fabrication of stainless steel handrail and balustrade components
n
TIG welding and finishing of stainless steel products
n
Measuring, marking out, cutting, and preparation
n
Polishing and quality checking finished components
n
Reading and working from technical drawings
n
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace
n
Working as part of a small, reliable production team
n
n
This role is both workshop & installation based depending on project requirements.
n
What We're Looking For:
n

Previous experience in stainless steel fabrication and TIG welding
n
Ability to work accurately from drawings and specifications
n
Pride in producing high-quality, consistent work
n
Comfortable working within established processes and standards
n
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
n
Team-oriented attitude
n
n
Trade qualification is preferred but not essential for the right candidate with experience.
n
Requirements:

Current Driver's Licence
n
White Card
n
Forklift Ticket (preferred but not essential)
