Business Development Manager - Commercial Energy Solutions
n Sydney | $100k-$120k Package + Super + Uncapped Commission
n An established energy solutions business is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its Commercial & Industrial solar and battery offering across Sydney and NSW.
n
This is a current-business role for someone who can open doors, build relationships and sell solutions based on ROI, energy savings and long-term value.
n
You do not need to come directly from solar. We are particularly interested in B2B salespeople from commercial lighting, energy efficiency, HVAC, building services, solar, battery storage or other energy-saving solutions.
n
The Opportunity:
n You'll be joining an established, integrated business with the infrastructure already in place across sales, retail, marketing, technical support, installation, logistics and warehousing.
n
What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Generate new Commercial & Industrial business across Sydney and NSW
n
Build and manage your own pipeline
n
Develop relationships with business owners, CFOs, Facilities Managers and Operations Managers
n




Identify commercial solar and battery opportunities
n
Sell on ROI, energy savings and payback
n
Manage opportunities from first contact through to closeWork closely with internal technical, installation and operational teams
n
n
About You:
n We're looking for a genuine new-business hunter with a strong B2B sales track record.
n
Experience in commercial solar, lighting, energy efficiency, HVAC, building services or other ROI-led solutions will be highly regarded.
n
Most importantly, you'll be confident prospecting directly into businesses, building commercial relationships and closing higher-value projects.
