Your Day-to-Day
n
n




Deliver tailored lending strategies and exceptional customer service across a broad range of lending solutions
n
Manage clients from initial enquiry through to settlement and ongoing relationship management
n
Structure and recommend residential, commercial, agribusiness, and equipment finance solutions where appropriate
n
Work closely with our administration and processing team to deliver a seamless client experience
n
Build and nurture relationships with clients, referral partners, and local communities
n
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by supporting multiple lending needs throughout their financial journey
n
Stay up to date with lender policies, industry trends, and market developments
n
Maintain compliance with NCCP, BID, and MFAA/FBAA standards
n
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement and client outcomes
n

What You Bring
n
n
Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Mortgage Broker
n
Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
n
Strong understanding of lender policy, loan structuring, and credit assessment
n
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
n
Ability to manage your own pipeline while working collaboratively within a team environment
n
A growth mindset and willingness to continually develop your skills across multiple lending disciplines
n
Experience with Mercury, ApplyOnline, SalesTrekker, or similar CRM and lodgement platforms (preferred)
n
A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
n
Desire to be part of a high performing, client focused business with strong values and culture
n
Experience in commercial, agribusiness, or equipment finance is advantageous but not essential, with training and mentorship available for the right candidate.
