Position Title: Full-time ICT Support Technician

Salary: $79,500 + Superannuation

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an ICT Support Technician to join our team in Sydney branch and provide technical support.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system related technical issues.
n
Respond to technical enquiries and provide support to internal users, branches and customers.
n
Install, configure, update and maintain software applications and computer systems.
n




Assess user requirements and recommend appropriate hardware, software and technical solutions.
n
Configure and troubleshoot network-connected devices, controllers and related equipment.
n
Repair, replace and configure faulty computer hardware, peripherals and technical equipment.
n
Assist users with system operation and provide technical guidance and training when required.
n
Support system upgrades and improvements while maintaining accurate technical documentation and service records.
n

Skill level required
n
n
Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
n
Minimum 1 year of experience in an ICT Support Technician or a similar technical support role.
n
Completion of IT Service Desk and Careers certifications
n
Strong hardware troubleshooting and software
installation/configuration
skills.
n
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, wireless networking and Microsoft operating systems/Office.
n
Professional attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team workplace.
n
Strong problem-solving, communication
n
