Job Description
We're looking for an experienced eCommerce Business Analyst to join our Digital Delivery Team at Accent Group.

This is an exciting chance for a highly organised and commercially minded Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering digital and eCommerce projects across the business.
n
You'll work closely with our eCommerce Project Manager and Delivery Team to understand business needs, define solutions and support projects from requirements gathering through to testing and implementation.
n
What you'll do
n
n
Partner with stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business requirements
n
Facilitate workshops, interviews and discussions to understand business needs and opportunities
n
Analyse current and future state processes and identify gaps and improvements
n
Develop business cases, user stories, functional and technical requirements
n
Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define and agree on solutions
n
Support requirements traceability, solution acceptance and benefits realisation
n
Provide business analysis support throughout the testing process
n
Develop and support UAT and SAT plans, including testing and sign-off criteria
n
Create clear documentation and support the development of end-user materials
n
Build strong relationships across the business and with external technology partners
n

What we're looking for
n
You'll bring 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role,



with strong experience working across eCommerce and digital projects, ideally within a retail environment.
n
You're:
n
n
Experienced in gathering and translating business requirements into practical solutions
n
Comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders
n
Knowledgeable in eCommerce platforms, website integrations and backend operational processes
n
Familiar with ERP integrations, applications and plugin solutions
n
Highly organised with strong documentation and process management skills
n
Experienced in supporting testing, UAT and project delivery
n
A confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
n
Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
Detail-focused, proactive and solutions oriented
n
