Job Description
ICC Sydney is seeking a motivated and experienced Sous Chef – Production to join our world-class kitchen team. You will oversee daily operations across ICC Sydney and The Cutaway, lead chefs of all levels, and ensure exceptional food experiences while maintaining ISO ***** compliance and brand standards.

You will manage production, schedules and food preparation for high-volume events, champion a cooperative culture, and drive continuous improvement in quality, safety and efficiency.
